FAQs

  • Our standard kiwifruit puree packaging is 20kg. This is most efficient unit size for 20ft Reefers (Refrigerated Containers). We also supply kiwifruit puree in drums at 190kg each and 200g, 500g, 1kg and 2kg pouches.

  • Hayward variety – The only commercially grown crop in NZ.

  • No – The product is blast frozen.

  • Yes - We hold inventory on confirmed order.

  • No – But for export it is most economical to order a full container. How much notice do I need to give for a full container order? Our lead times are approximately 4 weeks.

  • Yes – But it is more economical to receive a 20-foot Container as we cannot load the 40-foot much more due to transport restriction on NZ Roads.

  • We have maximised the amount of recycled material in our cardboard cartons. We must use some virgin material as the carton is made for freezing (moisture conditions). We are currently looking at sustainable packaging for our plastic bags.

  • Yes – All our packaging can be recycled in the correct facilities. However, we are making further improvements to our packaging to be even more sustainable.

  • We operate with strict hygiene rules. Factory visits are limited to auditing cases only. You are most welcome to visit our offices located in Tauranga, New Zealand.

  • We have a network of agents and direct selling and this will be discussed further on enquiry.

  • These are negotiated on a case by case basis
