Our green kiwifruit puree is rich in actinidin. In freeze-dried form, our puree is suitable for high enzyme active applications for capsules and tablets. Puree is supplied to highly qualified and experienced freeze-dried processors, who, through special drying techniques, produce a high enzyme activity powder. This powder is then encapsulated and ends up in well known pharmaceutical / nutraceutical brands globally.

Our kiwifruit seeds are pressed to release Omega 3 and 6 oils. Third party extractors mechanically extract this valuable oil with the final product making it way to many of the high profile cosmetic companies globally.

Skins extracts adds differentiation to your offering 

Our kiwifruit skin is processed to extract polyphenols and antioxidants. The skin is prepressed. It still retains some puree and contains many valuable nutrients. These nutrients are then extracted by third party processors who supply a final powder form to the nutraceutical industry.
